LCol (retd) Joe Costello C&E Heritage Award (Honour Category)

Presented to LCol (retd) Joe Costello in recognition of a most significant contribution, over a 20+ year period, to research on the history of The Royal Canadian Corps of Signals. His website and the numerous Signals history projects have been a major reference to professional and amateur military historians. LCol (retd) Joe Costello has been a leader in his field in achieving the primary Heritage goal of the C&E Branch: to preserve, document, educate and promote the heritage of the founding elements of the C&E Branch. His personal interest and support has motivated others to conduct unit and individual research. He has instilled in members of the C&E Branch a strong sense of pride in their history and the legacy that they have inherited.

Presented to MWO (retd) Jim Troyanek in recognition for a contribution in developing and maintaining a number of national websites that allow positive contact with members of the Communicator Research community, serving and retired.
