Globe and Mail Article discussing CSIS and the capture of 'bulk' data

Dear C&E Association Members,

The link below is to a Globe and Mail article on CSIS and the collection of  what is referred to as ‘bulk’ data. The article discussed the differing laws that exist among Canada, the US and the  UK regarding such data collection.  The article raises once again the ongoing debate in Canada between the need for better data by intelligence agencies for national security purposes and the right of Canadian to privacy of their communications.  The article may be of interest to some of our members.  The article might also serve as a good topic for future professional development sessions.
